YAN volunteer at G8 and G20 summits!

One of our past young volunteers was chosen to attend the G8 and G20 summits in Toronto and join other young people from around the world bringing their perspectives to the international discussions and the attention of the world's leaders.

Andrew Steer volunteered for Youth Action Network's e-mentoring project, the Stream and he has since been involved in tonnes of volunteering.

He has written his own account of the summits and how the group of young people participated. And there's his case study of his volunteering and how it has led up to being chosen to represent the UK at the G8/G20.
